Engagement Rate Calculator
Calculate engagement rate by followers, reach, impressions, or views. Add likes, comments, shares, saves, and clicks, then batch-analyze posts, set targets, and export CSV.
Engagement Rate Toolkit
Pick a calculation base, enter your metrics, and get a clear engagement rate with breakdowns. Use Batch for multiple posts and Targets to plan what you need to hit your goal.
What gets counted as “engagement” here?
- We total likes, comments, shares, saves, and clicks (you can set any field to 0).
- We divide by your selected base (followers, reach, impressions, or views).
- We show the engagement rate as a percentage with your preferred precision.
Tip: If you want a “post performance” view, choose Reach or Impressions. If you want a “creator/account” comparison view, choose Followers.
| Post Label | Likes | Comments | Shares | Saves | Clicks | Followers | Engagements | Rate | Remove |
|---|
What if your account size changed over time? Keep Followers as your base, and enter the follower count that matches the date of each post for cleaner comparisons.
How do you set a realistic goal? Start with your recent median engagement rate, then aim slightly above it for the next 10–20 posts instead of chasing a single “viral” benchmark.
Export uses your latest comparison and/or your Batch table. If you already filled Batch Posts, download a CSV from there too for a full report.
