Inclusive vs exclusive matters. Including both endpoints makes the same-day result equal to 1 day, while excluding both endpoints makes the same-day result equal to 0 days.
Use negative numbers to subtract days. Business-day mode skips weekends and any holiday dates you provide. If your workplace uses a different weekend pattern, update it before calculating.
Business days are calendar days minus weekends and minus holiday dates (if provided). If you want “weekdays only,” this tab is the most transparent because it also reports weekends and holiday exclusions separately.
Countdown is useful for events, deadlines, and study plans. It can also work “in reverse” to tell you how many days have passed since a date.
