Business hours are counted only inside your daily business window on selected working days. Holidays contribute 0 business time. If break is enabled, it is subtracted once for each day that contributes any business minutes.
This tab adds business time forward from a start timestamp and returns a deadline timestamp. It skips non-working hours, non-working days, and listed holidays automatically.
Weekly hours are calculated from your daily business window multiplied by selected working days, optionally subtracting a daily break for each working day.
Daily breakdown shows how much business time is counted on each date, which is the fastest way to debug differences between “calendar time” and “business time.”
